Clients turned to the designer Anastasia Agadzhanova with a request to equip an apartment for rental for a long time. Lessers wanted to have a liquid and stylish asset where one or two tenants could be populated.

Anastasia Agadzhanova decided to fulfill the apartment in the loft style. The designer drew inspiration in the works of one of the most shocking street art artists of our time – Banksy. His famous rat, whose image he often uses in his works, became an accent of this apartment.

I began my work on the project with the preparation of the estimate. It is worth noting that customers additionally controlled each stage of work personally, coming to the facility: the construction and preparation of walls, conducting an electrician, water supply and heating, as well as finishing finishes.

The designer planned the small space of the bathroom so that tenants of any gender could comfortly feel like there: women will appreciate a large mirror with backlight, and men – a comfortable shower cabin
The development of the design project took about a month from Anastasia, the repair work lasted three times more. Builders estimated the work of 360 thousand rubles, and draft materials at 230 thousand.
To squeeze the estimates of Anastasia, I had to work hard. According to her, it was possible to save on wall decoration and communications (electricians, water supply and heating).

Most of all, in the course of work on the project, I tormented the air conditioner. The fact is that the so -called “baskets” for the outer block for all apartments were not provided on the facades of the house. On the floor where this apartment was located, the nearest “baskets” were already occupied by neighbors. It was decided to hang her on the top floor, but the neighbor did not allow it to do this. I had to spend the track along the same floor, but through a neighbor …

According to the designer, the apartment owners were very pleased with the result. So much so that they did not even want to take it at first, and thought to leave it as temporary housing for themselves. But then they still decided to recoup costs.
The tenant was also found quickly, a week after the publication of the announcement – a young girl who works in City entered this apartment.
