What is an eurodvushka
Evrodvushka is an apartment in which, in addition to the bathroom, there is one isolated room and a combined kitchen-living room. As an isolated room is usually a bedroom, children’s or office. A similar layout can be made from a one -room apartment.

If we take the usual “odnushka” with an area of 40 square meters, then in addition to the bathroom there will be a small kitchen with an area of 9-12 square meters and a hall with an area of 20–22 sq. There are no such problems in Eurodvushka. Even if the apartment is small, an isolated room appears in it where you can sleep, work or stay alone with you. The kitchen-living room is always more than the kitchen in the standard layout, and more people can fit in it. You can calmly lay the child in the bedroom and watch TV in the kitchen-living room. Such a layout is suitable for young people and families with children.

How can you legalize redevelopment

Most of these manipulations are illegal, and for them you can get a fine of 2000–2500 rubles, or the order to return the layout to its original state. And this leads to an increase in the load on heating in the winter. We provided in advance the possibility of installing a glass partition between the balcony and the living room. If the housing inspectorate comes to the customer and forces the partition to return, he will be able to quickly put glass and thereby avoid problems.

As a result of redevelopment, a kitchen-living room appeared in the apartment. A small partition divides the room into a dining area and a recreation area with a sofa.
The space remained open, but at the same time, the place with the dining table turned out to be cozy and private. It is hidden from another part of the room.
The bedroom is separated from the kitchen-living room.
In the bedroom there was a place under the wardrobe.

Evrodvushka is an apartment in which the kitchen and living room are combined into one space and there is one isolated room. The layout of the Eurodvushka is more convenient for a standard one-room apartment due to the presence of an isolated room and a spacious kitchen-living room. Eurodvushka is not suitable for those people who like to cook a lot in the kitchen. To make a Eurodvushka from a one -room apartment, customers are asked to remove the wall between the living room and the balcony, or to make a bedroom instead of the kitchen, and in the living room there is a zone with a kitchen. In some cases, redevelopment can be legalized.
