Blinds are the most common remedy to protect the room from the bright sun and regulate the illumination of the room. They consist of transverse plates (lamellas), which are connected to each other’s system of ropes. Laws can be plastic, metal or fabric. Using a thyroid handle, you can rotate the plates and adjust the intensity of light, raise the blinds and fix them at the required height.
A variety of blinds and installation method
Horizontal blinds into plastic windows are divided into species – ordinary, cassette, interminal and attic. Interramic is installed between the glasses, the controls are displayed into the room. The attic is designed for inclined windows and have guide cables on the sides.
Cassette horizontal blinds are designed specifically for modern plastic windows. They are attached separately for each sash. A fishing line is attached along the lower edge of the window, which presses the plates to the glass, regardless of the position of the window sash. From above, mechanisms and lamellas are disguised as a special box cassette.
The methods of fastening horizontal blinds depend on the place of their installation – inside the window opening, to the ceiling, directly on the sash of the plastic window or to the wall. For this, the corresponding fasteners are selected. You can mount in several ways – drill with screws, use special brackets or make holes in the adjacent wall. In the case of screws, you will have to make holes in the window sash. To avoid such consequences, horizontal blinds on plastic windows are attached to the wall on special brackets without drilling.
Due to their undoubted benefits, blinds firmly entered the interior of modern premises and became an integral element of window decor.
