Stage 1. Dismantling
If redevelopment is conceived in the apartment, then the repair begins with the dismantling of partitions, doorways, radiators and other elements.

Stage 4. Black electrician
To start this stage, the buyer acquires all the necessary materials 5 days before the start of work. The client must coordinate and pay all materials.

Stage 5. Black plumbing
At this stage, not only the purchaser is included in the work, but also the receptor. He purchases built -in plumbing, such as ramps, installations, mixers, 14 days before the start of the stage. Radiators and convectors – 30 days before the start of work. The client also coordinates all the elements before purchasing.

Stage 6.
To start this stage, the designer with the customer must decide on the flooring and on the height of the floor pie. This is necessary so that the floor is in one level throughout the apartment without thresholds and differences. When the flooring is agreed, builders begin to fill the screed. Tech control checks the floor plane (link) and transfers data to the client. After that, the work is coordinated and paid.

After this stage, a technopaus sets in, in the interval of which a furnitureman enters the apartment and makes final measurements of space.
