Stage 1. Draw up a technical task and form a repair budget

Stage 2. Form a budget for a design project
The design project is done in parallel with the repair. To make a suitable interior, the designer communicates with the client and finds out all his preferences in design and budget. Under these requirements, select a design project.
Stage 3. Conclude a contract
When the manager and the client discussed the introductory estimate, the customer signs 2 contracts: one for repairs, and the other for a design project. This is done for convenience so that the customer is more comfortable to navigate in the repair.

Stage 4.
After the conclusion of the contract, it is necessary to make an advance for the repair and separately for the design project. The amount of the advance payment depends on the cost of the project, area and other parameters. It is calculated individually. At least 50% of the total cost is usually introduced for a design project.
We have a fairly flexible payment system. We try to choose a comfortable payment for each client, which will not devastate the family budget. Money from an advance goes to a special account. The client sees it in his personal account. Funds from the account are written off gradually, for each stage of work and materials that the client agreed.
Stage 5. Gain access to your personal account
As soon as the client signs the contract and makes money, he is given access to the Aquarius application. All the information on the repair is collected there, the amount of the advance and repairs and materials estimates is displayed.
Stage 6. Provide designers with access to the apartment
To make accurate drawings, the designer comes to the apartment and measures all the rooms on their own. He also takes a photo of all the necessary details. If the client does not have the opportunity to be in the apartment, he can pass the keys and the designer will do everything on his own. After measuring, the designer draws up a meter plan.
If the client has not yet received the keys to the new apartment, then the designer can make drawings according to the stage plan. It can be taken from the developer.

Stage 7. Coordinate a plan for arranging furniture and other drawings
The first drawing that the designer will make is a plan for arranging furniture. If the apartment has a redevelopment, then the designer makes all the necessary drawings and transfers them to the contractor, who can legalize a new plan. Next, the designer draws drawings for the draft stage of repair. These include a plan of dismantling, a plan of installation, a plan of plumbing and electricians. When the client coordinates all plans, part of the funds to pay for the designer’s work is written off from the advance.
All drawings are checked by an art director, as well as a foreman for technology. We do not start repairing until the drawings are ready to exclude errors in the process.

Stage 8. Agree the estimate and the contract for the draft stage of the repair
Before starting the repair, the estimator expects how much it is necessary to purchase materials for a specific stage, and what amount of work to perform. When the client got acquainted and agreed on the estimate, the estimator purchases materials at the expense of the advance.
In our company, payment takes place only for the work completed, which was accepted by a technical control specialist and agreed by the customer. Until this happened, money for work from an advance is not written off.
