We work with two approaches. If you determine the amount for repairs, we select materials, furniture and solutions so as to fit into the financial framework. If there is no specific amount, we calculate the costs, focusing on the market and your wishes.

In order to correctly distribute the budget – we determine what is important:
Style. If the appearance is important, we will select modern materials and furniture. We follow the trends and know that it will remain attractive in the coming years.
Technological solutions. If modern technologies are important, we will offer the elements of a “smart home”, protection against leaks, ventilation and other solutions.
Practicality. If the wear resistance and ease of care are important, we will offer washing walls, moisture -resistant floors and skirting boards.

Having determined the budget and priorities, our designers will offer you options for furniture, equipment and materials that correspond to your requests. We offer solutions, but the final choice always remains for you.
For example, if we are talking about flooring, we can offer a parquet board, an array or an engineering board. They are similar in appearance, but differ in characteristics and cost. We also take into account not only the price of materials, but also the cost of work: preparing walls for painting can be twice as expensive than for wallpaper, although the materials themselves are the same.
We discuss the cost of work
Having determined the budget and priorities, we make a list of materials, furniture and appliances. This is 60-70% of the budget.
This sheet is inconclusive. Often during the repair process, customers ask to replace positions. For example, choose a washing machine more expensive, and a cheaper engineering board.
Repair estimate
When choosing solutions, we take into account not only the cost of materials, but also the work. The paint on the walls and wallpaper can cost the same way, but the preparation of walls for painting will cost 2 times more. Therefore, after the statement, we make an estimate for work.
