So you can save on the material and get an equivalent effect of insulation.

After laying the insulation in any of the above methods, mineral wool or foam (it does not matter) must be closed with an windblastic – it can be a special thin tarpaulin or vapor permeable film, which is laid in the rough side (their price is approximately the same).

If the insulation was laid between the wooden racks, then the windberrier is nailed to them with a stapler, and if it was pricking on the brackets, then the film is fixed in the same way. If necessary, the insulation can be additionally fixed with a dubel fungus in the right places.

Recommendation. Corner profiles should be installed so that they are at a distance of 10 cm from the edge.
To do this, you can create a virtual plane on two conjugated walls at the top of the frame – an imaginary point of intersection of the planes will be just the starting point.
