They significantly simplify the work of specialists at the facility and minimize the number of errors. Today we consider how the drawings are prepared in our company.
For example, we will take an apartment with an area of 74 m². Customers wanted to make a modern space where there will be a lot of light, smart systems and comfortable furniture.

The grade plan
After the designer measured on the facility, she draws a grade plan.
It is with him that all drawings begin. On the measured plan, the dimensions of all rooms, the location of pipes, radiators, sewage conclusions and meters are indicated.

We prepare all drawings for a design project for 20 days.
Dismantling and installation plan
If you want to redevelop the apartment, the designer will develop 2 additional drawings – a plan of dismantling and editing. On the dismantling plan, partitions, radiators, door boxes and other elements that need to be dismantled are indicated.
Designers will always tell you whether it is possible to legitimize the layout that the customer wants and will offer the most suitable options. We strictly observe the established construction standards, because if the redevelopment is not legalized, it will be difficult to sell the apartment. Even for redevelopment, you can get a fine and the order to return to the place all the dismantled walls.
On the installation plan, the designer indicates where new partitions, doorways, radiators and other elements will be installed.
Plan of arranging furniture
One of the most basic drawings that allows you to adjust the interior for residents to make it convenient and safe is a plan for arranging furniture.
The designer prepares a plan for arranging furniture together with the customer. He offers several options from which the client chooses the most suitable.
All built -in case furniture, which is in the drawings, we can do in our production. The designer lays tables, chairs and upholstered furniture, starting from the presence in warehouses. Thanks to this approach, the furniture will take exactly as much space as indicated on the drawings.
Plan of flooring
This drawing indicates the location of the flooring. For example, in this apartment everywhere, except for the bathroom, there will be a parquet board. The designer indicated the direction of laying a parquet board and porcelain tile, as well as a method of installation of flooring. The drawing of flooring allows you to accurately calculate the material and choose a convenient layout for the floor.
In addition to the floor plan, there may be a separate plan for the location of skirting boards and warm floor, if any.
Ceiling plan
It indicates what the ceiling, its area, the number of levels and holes will be made of. The designer also indicates the presence of a soaring ceiling, niches with backlight.
If there are skirting boards on the ceiling, a separate drawing is drawn to them.
Lighting plan
Here, the designer indicates the location of all lamps in the apartment. It can be ceiling or spotto lamps, track lighting, backlight, wall -mounted sconces and other lighting devices.
Designers can choose not only the number of lamps, but also a shade of lighting. The atmosphere in the interior depends on this.
In addition to the lighting plan, they make a plan of lamps in groups, a plan for managing lamps with switches.
Plan of sockets
In it, the designer notes all sockets and conclusions under an electrician. Separately indicate the connection points for low -current systems.
The plan also indicates the height of the sockets, their type and quantity.
Wall scan plan
For each wall, the designer separately draws a wall scan plan. It depicts in detail all the elements that will be on the wall, with their exact sizes.
The 3D model shows the details more clearly. With its help, experts will know exactly where to make holes or how to fix furniture.
What does the client get when ordering drawings from us?
Drawings allow you to fully disclose the entire potential of space, calculate the amount of material and not spend extra money. It is easier for builders to work because they have the exact dimensions, the location of all elements. And this helps to avoid mistakes and alterations.
