A plastering machine can use a longer and wider plastering tool, as opposed to a trowel used by a specialist who works by hand. The process of plastering walls by machine
There are several stages of work:
- Determination of surface curvature and installation of level plaster beacons.
- Preparation of machine applied plaster. The dry composition is placed in a plastering station, into which water is automatically or manually supplied. The mixture is mixed to the desired consistency.
- Application. Occurs through a hose at high pressure.
- Shaping. The applied solution is leveled with spatulas and a rule. After drying, the plaster is rubbed until smooth.
