The fence of the balcony

The original balcony, if it fits well into the composition of the facade, is able to decorate any house well. A considerable role in this case belongs to the correctly selected fence. Most often, people try to use more decorative materials or combine metal, wood, glass and stone among themselves.

Types of fencing for the balcony

1. Metal fence of the balcony. For the production of such structures, it is better to use metal rods. The hollow pipe is cheaper, but the service life of such a fence is much less. Forged fences on the balcony do not need to be sewn with panels, cover with plaster or somehow hid it, they themselves are a magnificent decoration, which can be put on display. The composition can be completed with additional metal products – a stand for a flowerpot or a forged bench for the adoption of sunbathing.
2. Balcony glass fence. Glass is capable of taking special technologies to take a different shape and become 7-8 times stronger than the designers used perfectly. The usual material that is installed in the windows will not work here. For the production of fences, multi -layer glass with special properties is taken. The appearance of such an unusual fence can complement decorative elements and rather stylish accessories. It is best if the rest of the facade is made in the high-tech or modern style.
3. Wooden fence of the balcony. Noble wood has long been used in construction for the production of handrails. Carved railings and balusters can greatly change the appearance of the building. The main thing is to do all the carved works so that the fence style harmonizes with the general architecture of the house. We must not forget that wooden balconies are affected by the natural environment and require protection. The best compounds are currently alkid-uretan varnishes.
4. Fences for French balconies. This type of balconies differs from the standard design in that it does not have a platform. In fact, it is a huge panoramic window that has an attractive external fence. Most often they are made of forged, welded elements, as well as glass. Of course, this design is expensive, but the French balcony decorated with flowers looks incomparable.
