For example, we will take an apartment with an area of 81 m2. The customer has already made repairs in another apartment without visualizations. He did not like this experience, because the interior did not turn out the way he expected. In the new apartment, he decided to make repairs only with visualizations and turned to our company.

What is visualization?
Visualizations are three -dimensional models of space that allow you to choose the interior style, decoration materials, furniture, decor and other important design elements. Visualization is developed in conjunction with technical drawings.

How does the process of creating visualization begin?
Before creating visualizations, you need to fill out the terms of reference. This is a list of wishes for finishing, furniture and decor that you would like to see at yourself.

Usually, customers know which interior they want, and send links to photos of finished apartments, show the materials from which they would like to make a finish. When creating visualizations, designers were repelled from photographs of a suitable interior, layout and completed technical specifications.

From which room do they begin to draw visualizations?
Most of the clients are in a hurry and wants to finish the repair quickly, so the designer first of all makes the visualization of the bathroom and bathroom. Repair is done in parallel with the design. While the designer is engaged in the rest of the rooms, the builders make the bathroom and the bathroom. This approach allows you to reduce the repair time by almost a month.

In visualizations, special attention is paid to the details so that you can accurately consider every little thing in the interior. In this bedroom, the customer chose corrugated doors for the cabinet, although initially he liked smooth facades.
Another visualization allows you to see the volume that will be in space. This is the layout of the nursery that was in the project. It is not clear from the drawing how free it will be in the room, what size the furniture will be.
