What is visualization?

Visualizations are three -dimensional models of space that allow you to choose the interior style, decoration materials, furniture, decor and other important design elements. Visualization is developed in conjunction with technical drawings.

Why do you need visualizations?

At the beginning of the repair, each customer represents his future interior in his head. Usually this is a collective image of the design that the client saw on the site, in social networks or from friends.

Another advantage of visualizations is that they make it clear how much materials and colors are combined in space. For example, the customer saw a beautiful tile in the store and wanted to use it in the interior. With the help of visualizations, you can immediately evaluate how well it will be combined with other elements of the finish. Without visualizations, you can learn about this only after the completion of the repair. If the tiles do not like it, you will have to either redo everything again, or put up with it all your life.

How does the process of creating visualization begin?

Before creating visualizations, you need to fill out the terms of reference. This is a list of wishes for finishing, furniture and decor that you would like to see at yourself.

If you have questions in the process of filling out the technical specifications, then the designer will definitely answer them, give explanations and help with the choice.

After you fill out the terms of reference, the designer will start working with drawings. Visualization is done only if the layout of the apartment is ready.

Work with visualization begins with the search for suitable interiors. Usually, customers know which interior they want, and send links to photos of finished apartments, show the materials from which they would like to make a finish. When creating visualizations, designers were repelled from photographs of a suitable interior, layout and completed technical specifications.

From which room do they begin to draw visualizations?

Most of the clients are in a hurry and wants to finish the repair quickly, so the designer first of all makes the visualization of the bathroom and bathroom. Repair is done in parallel with the design. While the designer is engaged in the rest of the rooms, the builders make the bathroom and the bathroom. This approach allows you to reduce the repair time by almost a month.

If the deadlines allow, then visualizations begin with the largest room-with a kitchen-living room, then a bedroom, a hallway and so on.

The main features of the interior are considered in it. The designer takes as a basis materials, the colors of the finis from the technical specifications and based on them creates three -dimensional models. Thanks to visualizations, you can see the interior with specific parquet, wallpaper, decorative panels and other finishes. The customer takes an active part in building visualizations. They and the designer discuss details, adjust the color and other nuances. After the living room is finished, they go to other rooms.

It is difficult for customers to choose furniture for the interior, so the designer offers his own options, which will be combined with the decoration and style of space. All the furniture that is on visualizations is available for purchase, as it is in warehouses or it can be made in our production.

In visualizations, special attention is paid to the details so that you can accurately consider every little thing in the interior. In this bedroom, the customer chose corrugated doors for the cabinet, although initially he liked smooth facades.

Another visualization allows you to see the volume that will be in space. This is the layout of the nursery that was in the project. It is not clear from the drawing how free it will be in the room, what size the furniture will be.
