Today there are three types of doors on the market: folding, sliding and swinging. Of course, the last type is the most common and is used everywhere. However, they have one obvious drawback, since they require a certain place to open the door leaf. Sliding doors do not have this flaw, as they move exclusively along the wall, which greatly simplifies the layout of the room. As a rule, they are installed as an interior partition, but they can also perform their direct functions. So, you can install sliding doors to the toilet and bathroom. This will refresh the design of the room and allow you to “play” with the furnishings of the rooms.

In the case of a bathroom, compartment doors can be mounted in different places, namely:
- Entrance to the bathroom. Here the door will perform its direct functions, delimiting the space between the living room/bedroom and the bathroom. Thanks to the unique design of the canvas, you can place furniture in any convenient place, which is very important in the case of a small bathroom.
- Partition between bathroom and toilet. Due to the small square footage of the bathroom, many people try to expand the space by demolishing the wall on the toilet side. But here another inconvenience arises due to the fact that there can actually only be one person in the room. In this case, a sliding partition will help to zone the space and two people can use the bathroom at once without interfering with each other.
When choosing sliding doors to the toilet and bathroom, it is important to pay attention not only to the design, but also to the material of the door. Solid wood, frosted and tinted glass, and MDF panel will look organic here. These materials have good water resistance and fit perfectly into the bathroom design.
