During the construction of any buildings and structures, wall reinforced concrete panels are an indispensable element. They are used as bearing walls, can also serve for other auxiliary operations. Using such reinforced concrete panels, you can significantly accelerate the construction of an object. The construction of the outer walls of the building is seriously simplified and facilitated by the use of such panels.
Reinforced concrete panels are used for the construction of residential buildings, office and industrial buildings. In addition, they are used as basement elements.
Types of wall reinforced concrete panels
Reinforced concrete wall panels are:
- carrying, used for the construction of residential buildings;
- self -supporting;
- Suspenders are also used, like the previous look, in the construction of non -residential buildings and structures.
In addition, depending on the place of their use, the wall panels are external and internal. Most often, internal reinforced concrete wall panels are made by supporting, since they account for a small load.
But reinforced concrete external wall panels belong to the self -supporting. And only in very rare cases, non -reinforced concrete panels, but concrete screeds are used as supporters.
More often, reinforced concrete wall panels are made by three -layer. The height of one panel ranges from 4.68 – 5.64 meters, and the width is up to 3 meters. Plates are produced with a thickness of up to 420 mm, of which 120 mm are occupied by a layer of thermal insulation, 200 mm – the inner concrete layer and 100 mm – the outer. In the form of insulation, polystyrene foam is used – hard mineral wool. Along the edges of such three -layer panels, there are special releases from reinforcement, which slabs are attached to each other and other elements.
Reinforced concrete panels are dubborn or consisting of individual structures, the assembly of which is carried out directly during installation on the construction site.
