Kitsch is probably the most special and unusual interior style. He does not just refuse to follow any rules, he refuses to follow even elementary ideas about beauty. The essence of the design in the style of Kitch is just to move away from all standards and defeat on the spot with unexpected combinations and elements.
When Kitch is created by a professional designer, it passes along the subtle line between originality and absurdity. However, more often, it is still a kitsch in the interior affectionately called complete tastelessness.
When are they addressing this style?
As a rule, very wealthy people turn to the Kitsch style interior. Sometimes this is the result of the fact that they make far from the first house or apartment, and they want something like that, not like anything. Much less successful design options in this style happen when the owners have a slightly perverted feeling of the beautiful and try to fit in the same room everything that they have ever liked. Or they are simply excessively carried away by using one of the styles, as a result, using it completely wrong.
Nevertheless, this does not mean at all that this style is absolutely useless and does not have the right to exist. A beautifully and wisely made interior kitsch is worthy to be among museum exhibits – it can be so rarely found. And yet, if you are confident in your abilities and you have a great desire to create a unique, one hundred percent unique interior, you should not discard this thought.
The main component necessary for creating an interior in this style is a light “crazy”, a slightly crazy idea that will combine all objects in the room and fill what is happening with a certain meaning, even if it will be led only by you. And then, why the devil does not joke?! Maybe one day your interior is recognized as delightfully beautiful, on the verge of genius.
