      \tInvention of polyurethane foam<\/h2>\n

      Polyurethane foam is a dense polymer foam, one of the varieties of plastic. The material by 85-90% consists of air, which are filled with cells separated by PPU walls.<\/p>\n

      We often call polyurethane foam foaming, in fact it is the name of the Norwegian company “Porolon” producing PPU. For the first time, polyurethane foam was allocated in 1937 as a by -product in the manufacture of monolithic solid PPUs, and after 4 years in Germany the production of the first elastic foam rubber was launched.<\/p>\n

      Due to the porous structure, polyurethane foam perfectly isolates heat and sounds, has high amortizing qualities and the so -called memory effect, that is, after removing the load, takes the original form. We air duct, which protects the product from fungal formations.<\/p>\n

      Using additives, manufacturers of polyurethane foam change the properties of the material, in particular the level of rigidity. Today, PPU is most in demand in the furniture industry, in the manufacture of upholstered furniture, which is characterized by high operational qualities and durability.<\/p>\n
